Exhibition Venues in Lancashire

There’s some 41 exhibition venues within the UK, the majority of which host exhibitions as part of an increasingly diverse portfolio of events.

Exhibitions hosted by these venues may be as small as a few hundred square metres of shell scheme stands, right through to major exhibitions that will fill the entirety of the largest venues such as ExCeL London and the NEC.

An exhibition venue is an ideal choice for your next event and many have conference and meetings space attached. The shape and size of the venue may vary from a small hotel, an event centre, conference and convention centre, sports/music arena, all the way up to the largest purpose built exhibition centres.

The last published research, The Facts, which is a research project undertaken by the Association of Event Venues, identified that these venues account for approximately a million square metres of dedicated exhibition space. They stage almost 1,600 exhibitions annually across a range of sectors for both trade and public audiences. More than 265,000 exhibitors participated in these events.

The UK exhibitions sector generates £11 billion in spend and contributes £5.6 billion in value added to the UK economy, equivalent to 0.4% of UK GDP.
