M6 to Penrith, leave the motorway at junction 40 onto A66 to Keswick. At Crossthwaite roundabout at Keswick take then A591 signposted Carlisle. Go 8 miles to Castle Inn junction, turn left and Armathwaite Hall is 300 yards ahead.
From A66 west Cumbria and Cockermouth. At Cockermouth roadabout on the A66, take the A595 to Carlisle and after approximately 6 miles turn right at Bothel onto the A591 to Keswick. After 5 miles turn right at Castle Inn junction and Armathwaite Hall is 300 yards ahead. |
