The Lake Suite is the largest, accommodating up to 150 guests, complete with private terrace, pre-function lounge and state-of-the-art AV. For smaller gatherings, the Ward Room offers natural daylight, while the Library creates an intimate space for up to 16 delegates. The Club Room is perfect for private dining or breakout sessions, with rich décor.
Accommodation ranges from beautifully appointed rooms and suites in the main house, with their antique furnishings, marble bathrooms, and refined fabrics, to the resort’s show-stopping Treehouse Suites, perched in the woods with glass-fronted decks, forest views and private hot tubs. These offer a unique, elevated sense of seclusion.
Its spa and wellness facilities are world-class: you’ll find an indoor swimming pool, outdoor heated pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam rooms and saunas, plus treatment rooms offering bespoke therapies.
The Dining Room serves elevated cuisine using produce from its own kitchen garden and estate, while more casual fare is available at The Kitchen by James Martin. For those inspired to learn, there’s a cookery school which can be booked privately for events.
Activities are plentiful: golf on a 9-hole par-3 course, tennis, croquet, mountain biking, archery, walking trails through forest and coastline, even falconry and sheep walking.
